MSc Medical Genetics Graduate
I completed the MSc Medical Genetics at CING in 2021 and during my studies, my research focused on the creation of cell models for blood disorders using CRSPR/Cas9. Currently, I am a biology teacher at the American Academy Nicosia. My time at CING was truly transformative because it offered a unique environment where science met real-world application. The programme provided me with a strong scientific foundation, hands-on laboratory experience, and the opportunity to work alongside experienced researchers. To new students beginning their journey at CING, my advice would be to make the most of every opportunity! Seek guidance from your supervisors, and don’t hesitate to explore all the different departments and what they have to offer.
