PROCEDURE AND DEADLINE FOR MOBILITY APPLICATION

Apply by sending an e-mail to the Education Office ([email protected]) by 30th October, 2022 stating your intention to participate in a mobility programme. The Application form will be provided by the Education Office. The Academic Committee will make the final decision following evaluation of all applications received within the deadline. Mobilities need to be completed within the specified period.
 
 

AVAILABLE POSITIONS FOR THE PERIOD: 01/09/2022-31/07/2024. 

  • Mobility for Staff (Training or Teaching): 7 positions
  • Mobility for Students (Study or Placement): 5 positions

This includes, the 27 EU countries, the connected countries, the United Kingdom and some others, which are divided based on their cost of living as follows: 

Countries of Group 1 (high cost of living)
Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Sweden, Liechtenstein, Norway+ Partner CountriesRegion 14 (FaroeIslands, Switzerland, United Kingdom)

Countries of Group 2 (average cost of living): 
Austria, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Greece,Spain, Cyprus, Netherlands, Malta, Portugal + Partner CountriesRegion 5 (Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican)

Countries-Group 3 (low cost of living): 
Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, North Macedonia, Turkey
 

 

 

OLS LANGUAGE SUPPORT

All participants have to do an OLS assessment in the language of the receiving institution. (if needed)

WHAT HAPPENS UPON APPROVAL OF PARTICIPATION:

You will receive an e-mail from the Education Office asking you to confirm your participation in writing, after which the Education Office will provide more information about the completion of the (online) learning agreement for traineeships (interested parties will be notified).


 

PROCEDURE WHEN THE LEARNING AGREEMENT IS MADE:

  • Signing of a Grant Agreement for the payment of the funding (depending on the duration, there are installments given abroad)
  • Departure for abroad
  • The accommodation arrangement is the responsibility of the participant
  • Payment of the grant to the personal account of the participant
  • Return to Cyprus with all necessary documents
  • EU Survey and payment of last instalment
