CONTRIBUTIONS
Prospective participants are invited to submit two case reports (maximum one page abstract each).
Submissions should be forwarded by email to [email protected]. Abstracts should be submitted together with the Registration form and the Hotel Accommodation Form. All abstracts must be supplied in English. The deadline for submission of abstracts is 1st June 2013. The prospective candidates will be notified by 1st July 2013.
BURSARY CONTRIBUTIONS
Each applicant submits 2 cases. A bursary is given only to applicants under <45 years according to the results of the evaluation of application.
Bursary allowance includes: Seminar materials, Lodging, Meals, and Social Program
Please note that all applicants are responsible to cover their travel expenses to and from Cyprus, as well as the transportation to and from the airport.
