Overview
Our research focuses on fundamental and translational studies of the nuclear envelope to understand how its dysfunction contributes to human disease. By combining molecular, cellular, and functional approaches, we investigate how defects in nuclear envelope structure and regulation lead to tissue-specific pathologies.
Through this work, we aim to bridge basic discovery with clinical relevance, supporting the development of improved diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for nuclear envelope–related disorders.
