Student Experience

Student life is an integral part of education, offering you unique prospects for personal growth, as well as development of leadership and communication skills. We are committed to providing the necessary support and resources to ensure that you will enjoy your time studying at the CING.

Postgraduate education is a demanding and intensive period in a student’s life, leaving little time for recreational activities and life out of the lab! However, especially for international students, it is worth spending some time exploring the many opportunities which Cyprus has to offer in terms of leisure activities. The Education Office can offer travel guide booklets and maps to international students for this purpose. 

The Education Office organises various types of student events such as orientation events, team building activities, graduation ceremonies and graduation parties as well as seasonal events where applicable.

Careers Office services such as CV Workshops and interview skills seminars are also organised by the Education Office in cooperation with the Institute’s Human Resources Department. The aim of the Careers Office is to assist students and alumni in preparation for all career related issues.
