One of the main objectives of the Department of Molecular Genetics, Function & Therapy is the dissemination of knowledge, deduced from the department’s research and services expertise and the general field of genetics to academics, researchers, students and the public.
One of the main objectives of the Department of Molecular Genetics, Function & Therapy is the dissemination of knowledge, deduced from the department’s research and services expertise and the general field of genetics to academics, researchers, students and the public.
More specifically, over the years the Department hosted several post-graduate MSc and PhD students to implement their research projects. Students also studying for a Bachelor’s degree visited the laboratory for their experimental final-year research work. Finally, the Department hosted several students for receiving expertise in certain methodologies or for acquiring research experience and training.
The Department currently offers a course on Gene and Cell Therapy in the postgraduate school of CING but also contributes in several others.
