The department participates actively in educational activities by:

• Giving lectures for the Medical Genetics course organized jointly with the University of Cyprus
• Supervising thesis projects of PhD students in collaboration with universities in Cyprus and abroad
• Supervising research projects of BSc and MSc students
• Accepting scientists for training in the techniques of Biochemical Genetics
• Accepting students for short-term internships and high school pupils for their “work experience programme”
• Participating in conferences and training programmes in Cyprus and abroad
• Organizing lectures, workshops, educational seminars and conferences in the field of Biochemical Genetics
